If your previous experiences of learning CREATIVE THINKING was to lie down on the class room floor and try to imagine you were a daffodil in early April then this probably is of no interest to you!

Dr Edward de Bono’s approach to Lateral Thinking is all about being DISCIPLINED  and business like in your approach to a creative way of thinking.

Those wishing to cover all angles on a business decision to become even more business effective. 

Objective:

By the end of the session delegates will have demonstrated the use of key tools to think creatively:

• Finding and using ALTERNATIVES to the way we have always done things around here.
• Sparking off NEW IDEAS.
• Being very business like and FOCUSED in creativity
• Making constructive CHALLENGES
• STOP using free fall unstructured BRAINSTORMING 
• HARVESTING in a DISCIPLINED way the output from a creativity team session and doing something with it.
