Course Outline: 1 Day The key to any training intervention is to engage the audience, be they 1 or many. e-client’s Training Skills course focuses on how the Trainer is perceived by the Learner – working on the premise that how the learner behaves is nothing other than a mirror reflecting back to the trainer. This is NOT a course on using technology, i.e. Power Point Presentations, this course goes to the core of the only thing that matters – can you take control a group of learners to help them learn. For those who think they can train the e-client perspective can often come as a real challenge, but once accomplished at such a skill level confident training competence is assured. Who Should Attend: People who wish to train others, those who have ‘drifted’ into a training role but not had a formal introduction to the skills, Managers and Senior Managers who think their management experience is enough to be able to train.
