e-client is lead by Doug Odgers who leverages the capabilities of a group of 10 associates, all of whom have either worked with Doug or shared platforms with him at various conferences. 

Doug has very considerable experience in both training sales and marketing  people and facilitating Business Managers in how to use the capabilities of their people to add to the organisation’s effectiveness and the bottom line. 

He has enjoyed the freedom to exercise his performing talents with the likes of Carrillion, BT, Cable & Wireless, Automotive Business School, Primary Care Trusts and many others.  His belief in ‘starting with the end in mind’ has enabled him to design and deliver Training programmes that focus on how are the results of this training ‘going to play in the customer’s mind’. 

One vehicle is facilitating creative workshops with Boards and senior management teams in diverse sectors of the community.  Coupled with his ease with formality, Doug’s effervescent streak adds sparkle to management meetings, often releasing the restraints on lateral thought.  With considerable experience in the training delivery and facilitation of Lateral Thinking and Six Thinking Hats and mentored personally by Dr Edward de Bono, Doug is fully accredited not only in those eponymous methodologies, but also in other Behavioural & Psychometric assessment instruments such as the McQuaig System.
