Course outline: 2 Days 

Both terms, Coaching and Facilitation, have a nebulous feel about them and as a result managers either don’t bother or ‘make-it-up’.  e-client offers within this two day event pragmatic tools that enables managers to Coach and Facilitate on a consistent basis. 

Who should attend:

Managers, team leaders, project leaders, coaches who have a need to support others to become even more business effective.  

Objective:

By the end of this two day event delegates will have demonstrated: 

  • the use of the GROW model
  • effective deployment of Key Word Questioning to stay focused on their ‘client’
  • using Evidential Feedback
  • recognising a need to coach
  • facilitating individuals and teams to perform
  • gaining value from opposing views
  • how to deal effectively when someone approaches you with a highly personal problem that’s getting in the way of their performance 

Course Style:

Highly interactive with delegates receiving initial learning input, supported with group discussion, scenario interpretation and (protected) role play.
